Clario Life LLC — Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: August 27, 2025

At Clario Life, we respect both our clients’ time and our coaches’ time. To keep things clear and fair, here’s how refunds and cancellations work:

1. Single Sessions

• You can cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the start time for a full refund or credit toward a future booking.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded, since your coach has reserved that time for you.

2. Packages & Programs

• Packages are priced at a discount and are non-refundable once purchased.

• You may, however, reschedule individual sessions within the package (with 24-hour notice) so you don’t lose them.

3. No-Shows

• If you miss your scheduled session without notice, it counts as used and is non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

• We know life happens. If you experience a serious emergency, email us at info@clariolife.com and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule

• Use your booking confirmation email or client portal to cancel/reschedule, or contact us directly at info@clariolife.com.
